We are working with a leading building services contractor in the region. They offer a range of engineering and contracting services across diverse sectors in the building and infrastructure realm. They are committed to meeting clients' budgetary constraints, adhering to specified timelines, and overcoming project limitations, ensuring the delivery of compliant schemes consistently.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a team of engineers specializing in Electrical services throughout the project lifecycle, spanning from initial concept development to project completion, including design, documentation, regulatory submissions, site management, and finalization.
- Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to quality standards, timely delivery, and budget compliance.
- Act as the Principal-in-Charge (PIC)/Project Manager (PM), assuming responsibility as the registered Qualified Person/Professional Engineer (QP/PE) for the company's statutory submissions and certificates.
- Contribute to the development and attainment of the company's strategic objectives and goals.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to uphold satisfaction levels.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and projects.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to enhance the technical proficiency of supporting staff.
- Establish and maintain standardized technical protocols and performance criteria for the company.

Job Requirements:
- Possess a recognized Electrical Engineering degree accredited by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) of Singapore.
- Preference will be given to candidates registered as a Professional Engineer in Singapore.
- Preference will be give to LEW.
- Demonstrated track record of collaborating across organizational boundaries to define requirements, solve intricate problems, and successfully execute programs.
- Thorough familiarity with the Singapore Code of Practice and the local authority submission procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Exhibit the capacity to inspire and mobilize multidisciplinary teams in the execution of complex or large-scale projects, delivering results that meet client expectations.
