Our client is a key real estate developer in Singapore, owning iconic retail, office, and residential properties.

The M&E Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall management and performance of all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems in a commercial office and retail environment. This role is focused on delivering operational excellence and ensuring all building services consistently meet high standards.


Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee in-house M&E teams and outsourced service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage all maintenance contracts and ensure vendors deliver according to agreed KPIs and service standards.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure maximum system uptime.
- Prepare and manage the M&E operational budget, including CAPEX and OPEX planning.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements, including timely renewals of permits and contracts.

Key Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in M&E operations within commercial buildings.
- Familiarity with local regulations including Building, Fire Safety Codes, and relevant Codes of Practice.
- Strong knowledge of M&E system design, maintenance practices, and energy efficiency standards such as Green Mark.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, conduct inspections, and coordinate with stakeholders on technical matters.
