We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our MRT railway project team as a main contractor in Singapore. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the construction of a major MRT railway project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver the MRT railway project, adhering to project timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Develop and execute project plans, including construction methodologies, resource allocation, and logistics planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and quality control, to ensure seamless project delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and conflicts, developing effective solutions to ensure project continuity
- Monitor project progress, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's regulatory requirements, including the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations
- Implement and maintain quality management systems, ensuring adherence to company and client standards
- Manage and mentor a team of site engineers and supervisors, developing their skills and expertise

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in MRT or infrastructure projects in Singapore
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, including civil, structural, and M&E works
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
- Experience with project management software, such as MS Project, Asana, or similar
- Familiarity with Singapore's regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Experience working with main contractors or subcontractors in Singapore's construction industry
- Knowledge of MRT systems, including tunneling, civil, and structural works
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling) or other design software
