We are currently working with an internally renowned private credit real estate player in seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Analyst to support our senior team members in delivering exceptional results in special situation credit investments across APAC, with a focus on Singapore. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive asset and business due diligence, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and industry research
- Prepare and present investment memoranda and committee materials
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including management, legal, financial, and accounting advisors
- Coordinate workstreams across business units and participate in transaction closing processes
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a top university in a quantitative field (finance, economics, engineering, or accounting)
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, transaction advisory, investment banking, or consulting
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continual improvement
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and collaborative work ethic
- Highest level of personal integrity and ethical standards
