We are working with a leading design consultancy that specialises in workplace strategy, interior design, and user-focused environments for top-tier corporate clients across the region. Known for delivering future-focused, commercially impactful design outcomes, the studio is now seeking a high-calibre Associate to join their growing Singapore team.

This is a senior, client-facing leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on driving business impact through design. You will lead key accounts, oversee multi-disciplinary teams, and play a strategic role in shaping and converting new business opportunities. The role bridges project ownership, client leadership, and commercial delivery—offering a direct pathway to future directorship.


Key Responsibilities:

– Take full ownership of projects from briefing through completion, ensuring strategic alignment and design excellence
– Lead pitch preparation, proposal writing, and presentations to secure new business and expand client relationships
– Manage client accounts and act as the primary point of contact across workplace projects
– Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, ensuring clarity in vision, delivery, and commercial outcomes
– Translate client goals into meaningful design strategies that align with business needs and cultural transformation
– Collaborate with internal teams on fee proposals, scope definition, resource planning, and scheduling
– Champion design integrity while meeting deadlines, budgets, and commercial targets
– Contribute to market positioning, internal capability building, and firm-wide growth strategy


Key Requirements:

– 8–10+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, or workplace strategy, with a strong portfolio in corporate workplace projects
– Excellent commercial acumen, with a proven track record in pitch conversion, proposal development, and client engagement
– Strong leadership presence and ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams
– Adept at balancing design vision with practical project management and financial oversight
– Skilled in stakeholder management across local and regional accounts
– Confident presenter and communicator, able to operate at boardroom level
– Proficient in design and presentation tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, PowerPoint
– Familiarity with APAC market trends, workplace standards, and real estate dynamics is a plus
