We are working with a boutique interior design studio known for its refined, contemporary approach to luxury interiors. With projects spanning high-end residences, boutique hotels, and lifestyle-driven hospitality spaces across Asia, the studio is looking to bring on a talented Interior Designer to support their growing team in Singapore.
This role is ideal for a designer with a background in FF&E, hospitality interiors, or high-end residential design. You’ll take part in all stages of the design process—from concept development to documentation and installation—with a focus on curating refined material palettes and detailed design packages.
Key Responsibilities:
– Support the creation of concepts and mood boards aligned with project narratives
– Source, select, and specify furniture, lighting, finishes, and materials
– Collaborate with consultants, suppliers, and fabricators through all project stages
– Assist with material sampling, costing, mock-ups, and procurement coordination
– Contribute to drawing sets and design presentations with the wider design team
– Support on-site styling, inspections, and installation when required
Key Requirements:
– 5–15 years of professional experience in interior design, with relevant background in either FF&E, hospitality interiors, or high-end residential
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
– Strong eye for materials, colour, and proportion
– Confident in producing polished presentations and documentation packages
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects with minimal supervision
– Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus for regional supplier and client coordination
– A portfolio that demonstrates a clear design point of view in one or more of the relevant sectors
