We are partnering with a Singapore-based architecture studio renowned for its context-sensitive designs that seamlessly integrate modern aesthetics with functional elegance across residential, commercial, and institutional projects, in their search for a BIM modeler based in Singapore.


Key responsibilities:
- Assist team in preparing BIM models
- Drafting submission, tender and construction drawings and documents

Key qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: a specialist diploma in BIM, polytechnic diploma, Higher NITEC
- Experience in BIM e-submission to authority
- Experience in preparing construction drawings using BIM software
- 1 - 3 years of working experience
