We are currently partnering with a reputable construction firm in Singapore with a proven track record in delivering large-scale public housing and commercial projects. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler to support their project teams in creating accurate and detailed digital models. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage Building Information Models (BIM) in accordance with project requirements and company standards.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements (e.g., BCA submission standards).
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to resolve design clashes and ensure accuracy of models.
• Support the preparation of shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical input on modelling-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM models and drawings.
• Assist in implementing BIM workflows, templates, and standards to improve efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a BIM Modeller in the construction industry.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s BCA BIM e-submission requirements and industry practices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate models and drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
