The role of Asset Management Analyst gives an opportunity to contribute directly to the performance of a diverse asset portfolio. Gain hands-on exposure to portfolio management, valuations, and financial modelling. Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams. Develop expertise in investment and asset management within a fast-paced, professional environment.


Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyse, and report on portfolio performance against business plans, budgets, and benchmarks.
- Build and maintain financial models to support valuations, acquisitions, divestments, and expenditure decisions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and property valuation processes.
- Conduct market research and provide forward-looking insights to guide asset strategies.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related discipline, with 1–2 years’ relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, valuation methodologies, and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of investment/asset management; valuation or related experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
