As a BIM Modeller / BIM Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing Building Information Modelling (BIM) models and processes for our construction projects. You will work closely with our project teams, designers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM into our project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage 3D/4D/5D BIM models for construction projects using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM models meet project requirements and standards
- Conduct clash detection, coordination, and spatial analysis to identify potential construction issues
- Develop and implement BIM execution plans, standards, and protocols for construction projects
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and processes
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure BIM data exchange and integration
- Analyze and troubleshoot BIM model issues, providing solutions and recommendations
- Develop and maintain BIM documentation, including model reports and quality control checks

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM modelling, management, or coordination for construction projects
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software (e.g., Dynamo, BIM 360)
- Strong understanding of BIM principles, processes, and standards (e.g., ISO 19650, Singapore BIM Guide)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
