We're currently working closely with an internationally renowned workplace design and build organization in seeking a results-driven Senior Manager - Client Solutions to spearhead our business development efforts in the region. As a key player in our team, you'll drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and boost sales.


Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development efforts to acquire new clients and manage sales targets
- Represent the company in the market, building a strong industry network and key stakeholder relationships
- Develop a robust sales pipeline and forecast new bookings to meet business targets
- Collaborate with the leadership and team to complete the sales cycle and close deals
- Develop systems, materials, and resources necessary for business development, including proposals, presentations, and service offerings

Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in managing complex sales cycles with B2B selling processes to multinational companies
- Proven track record of achieving quota/annual targets
- Engaging personality with excellent communication skills
- Experience working in Interior Design firms selling "Office Interiors Design & Build" services
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of sales/business development experience
