We are collaborating with a design-led interior architecture studio recognised for its meticulous craftsmanship and timeless approach to luxury interiors. With a portfolio spanning high-end residences, commercial developments, and hospitality spaces, the studio is seeking a Project Manager to join its Singapore team.
This role is ideal for a former designer or architect with a strong foundation in design and detailing, who has transitioned into project management. You will oversee the delivery of complex, design-driven projects, bridging creative vision with technical execution, and ensuring the studio’s high standards of precision, quality, and coordination are maintained from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from concept design through to completion and handover
– Collaborate with design leads to ensure design integrity and intent are carried through technical development and site execution
– Oversee project programming, budgeting, and procurement processes across multiple high-end projects
– Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and seamless project delivery
– Manage documentation, design revisions, and schedules to ensure timelines and quality benchmarks are achieved
– Conduct site meetings, review progress, and proactively resolve design or construction issues
– Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and contractual requirements
– Provide mentorship and guidance to designers on project processes, documentation, and delivery standards
Key Requirements
– 8–12 years of professional experience in architecture, interior architecture, or project management
– Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related design discipline
– Proven track record delivering high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects in Singapore or the region
– Strong understanding of construction processes, detailing, and material application
– Excellent organizational, coordination, and leadership skills
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools; Revit knowledge is advantageous
– Exceptional communication and client-facing abilities, with confidence in managing complex stakeholder relationships
– Highly detail-oriented, methodical, and adept at balancing design excellence with practical constraints
