We are working with a globally renowned interior design firm known for its refined luxury work in 5-star hotels, high-end F&B, and branded residences. With an expanding studio in Singapore and high-profile projects across the region, they are looking for an experienced and design-driven FF&E Design Director to join their team.

This is a key role for someone with strong aesthetic sensibilities, technical confidence, and an understanding of the luxury hospitality design process. You will contribute meaningfully to concept creation, sourcing, and execution while collaborating closely with senior designers, clients, and suppliers.


Key Responsibilities:

– Lead senior FF&E designers and associate design directors across concept, sourcing, and specification stages
– Develop refined mood boards, FF&E palettes, and material schemes tailored to project narratives
– Prepare and manage FF&E schedules, drawings, and specification documentation
– Liaise with vendors and fabricators for sampling, pricing, and availability
– Coordinate with the design and documentation teams to ensure smooth integration of FF&E packages
– Attend client meetings, participate in presentations, and handle client feedback professionally
– Assist with procurement coordination and installation support when required
– Uphold the design integrity of the project and meet quality expectations


Key Requirements:

– Minimum 15 years of experience in FF&E, with a strong focus on luxury hotels, resorts, or branded residences
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
– Excellent eye for color, texture, and proportion, with a portfolio that reflects sophisticated material curation
– Experience in both hospitality and high-end residential interiors
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced design studio
– Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus for regional coordination
– Collaborative, solutions-focused, and hands-on in approach
