We are working with a multi-award-winning design studio celebrated for its bold, boundary-pushing interiors across lifestyle, hospitality, and F&B projects. Known for their experimental approach and highly crafted environments, the studio is seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer to join its Singapore team.

This role is ideal for a designer with 4–7 years of professional experience who thrives at the intersection of creativity and detail. You will play a key role in driving concept development, crafting experiential spaces, and translating design narratives into technical precision, while collaborating closely with senior leadership and mentoring junior designers.



Key Responsibilities

– Contribute to the design of lifestyle-led interiors, including hospitality, F&B, retail, and cultural projects
– Develop concept design, mood boards, and storytelling-driven presentations that push design boundaries
– Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and technical documentation packages
– Source and specify FF&E, finishes, and materials that align with project vision
– Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure cohesive delivery
– Participate in client presentations and design reviews, articulating design intent with clarity and confidence
– Conduct site visits, reviewing quality and resolving design-related issues during construction
– Mentor junior designers and contribute to an open, collaborative studio culture



Key Requirements

– 4–7 years of professional interior design experience, with strong exposure to lifestyle, hospitality, or F&B projects
– Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
– Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, conceptual storytelling, and high-quality detailing
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Revit is a plus
– Knowledge of FF&E processes, materiality, and spatial planning for experiential environments
– Excellent communication and coordination skills, with confidence in client-facing situations
– Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team
– Full working rights in Singapore
