Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workplace design strategies and concepts that align with client goals and brand identities
- Lead cross-functional design teams to deliver high-quality, innovative workplace solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business objectives, workplace challenges, and design preferences
- Design and develop bespoke workplace solutions that incorporate sustainable, technology-enabled, and user-centric design principles
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, ensuring they have the skills, resources, and support needed to deliver exceptional results
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business growth and thought leadership
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve workplace design solutions

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in workplace design, architecture, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact workplace projects that meet client needs and exceed expectations
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing design teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles, technology-enabled workplaces, and user-centric design methodologies
- Professional certifications in design, architecture, or a related field (e.g., LEED AP, WELL AP)
- Experience with design-build delivery methods and construction management
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools (e.g., Autodesk, Revit, SketchUp)
