We are seeking for a project executive with an agile mind, strong in project management and has the keenness to get involved in sales and marketing activities to be involved in this endeavor. As a Sales & Project Executive specializing in real estate, you will oversee the entire residential project lifecycle, from conception and design to execution and delivery. Your responsibilities include ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards by collaborating with architects, contractors, and subcontractors. Additionally, you will drive sales efforts and manage marketing strategies, maintaining legal compliance and quality benchmarks throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing:
- Cultivate and sustain a robust pipeline of prospective buyers through targeted outreach and market analysis.
- Contribute to the formulation of sales and marketing strategies based on thorough market research.
- Manage client relationships from initial inquiry to closing, collaborating with legal and financial departments on documentation.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and best practices related to property sales. - Assist in the development of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency and quality across platforms.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project-related information for marketing materials.
- Maintain a centralized repository of marketing collateral for easy access by the sales and marketing team.

Project Management:
- Prepare architectural drawings in autoCAD based on design specifications and buyer requirements.
- Assist in tendering processes and maintain project documentation.
- Attend technical and site meetings, coordinating with consultants and contractors.
- Facilitate quality checks and defect resolution during construction.
- Assist in unit handover processes and liaise with management agents. - Collaborate with construction and project management teams to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
- Oversee show-flat setup, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and addressing on-site issues.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in autoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM is preferred.
- Completion of estate agent course or relevant certification is advantageous.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or project management within the real estate sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and drive sales performance.
- Commitment to long-term career growth and development.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
