We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead our projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving conflicts and issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Manage and track project expenses, forecasts, and cash flows
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure design intent and functionality
- Lead project meetings, reporting progress to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction
Key Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management
- Professional certification (PRISM, PMP, RICS) highly regarded
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience in the Singapore built industry
- Ability to speak Mandarin is highly preferred
