We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage wall plastering and wall build-up projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
- Plan and coordinate site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion and minimizing delays.
- Conduct site meetings and progress updates with clients, consultants, and team members.
Site Operations and Supervision:
- Supervise and manage site staff, including plasterers, laborers, and other subcontractors.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with specifications, drawings, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
Quality Control and Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Identify and rectify defects or deviations from specifications.
Safety and Risk Management:
- Ensure site operations are carried out in a safe and healthy manner, complying with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Promote a safety-first culture among site staff and subcontractors.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and concerns to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, site diaries, and photographs.
- Prepare and submit reports to clients, consultants, and management.
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate site staff to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to site staff.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wall plastering and wall build-up projects in Singapore.
- Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Building Science, or related fields.
- Strong technical knowledge of wall plastering and wall build-up works, including materials, methods, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and manage site staff.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
- Valid Work Permit in Singapore (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Registration with relevant authorities, such as BCA or MOM.
- Experience in managing projects with similar scope and complexity.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
