We are working with a boutique design & build firm that specialises in small to mid-scale workplace environments. With a growing project pipeline and a reputation for efficient, well-executed commercial interiors, the firm is looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to join their Singapore team.

This is a practical, site-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of design & build delivery. You will manage project documentation, authority submissions, site coordination, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee end-to-end project delivery for commercial interior fit-out projects (primarily workplace)
– Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
– Prepare and manage authority submission paperwork and permit applications
– Coordinate site activities, ensuring quality control and health & safety compliance
– Review drawings, project documentation, and schedules in collaboration with design and technical teams
– Manage project timelines, budgets, and variations
– Conduct regular site inspections, track progress, and resolve on-site issues efficiently
– Provide updates and reports to senior management and clients as required


Key Requirements:

– Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the interior fit-out or design & build sector
– Proven background in workplace interior projects (small to medium scale preferred)
– Familiar with local authority requirements and permit application processes in Singapore
– Proficient in project documentation, scheduling, and site coordination
– Able to work independently and take ownership of multiple ongoing projects
– A strong communicator and collaborative team player
– Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus for dealing with contractors and site teams
