Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to design and scope out office and data hall fit-outs for seamless implementation and execution.
- Manage and supervise construction-related activities for new builds and fit-out projects, overseeing project scope, safety, quality, timeline, and budget ownership.
- Manage consultants' work, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain a successful and cooperative team.
- Coordinate and develop procedures for works within operational facilities.
- Provide construction management for initiatives aimed at increasing data centre resiliency.
- Assess the constructability of civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical system designs for new data centres or existing ones.
- Develop project scopes and equipment requirements, assist with requests for proposals, and capital requests.
- Lead internal and external teams supporting the data centre.
- Manage project costs and contracts.
- Develop tender packages and review them, including scope of works, bid templates, tender evaluations, review, and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain project cost data, including budgeting, cost reporting, cash flows, and cost-to-complete reports.
- Review and assist vendor claims, including payment claims, invoices, variations, and time-related claims.
- Ensure project delivery by chairing meetings, keeping accurate records, monitoring safety and status programmes, managing quality, assisting with handover to operations teams, and providing project health reports.
- Manage communications and interface with internal and external teams.
- Develop and complete project management plans for safety, quality, time, and cost.
- Record and report team metrics to team members and management.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, including new data centre building and capital improvement projects associated with existing data centres, as well as office rooms.
- Support installed facilities' operations, including reviewing procedures and maintenance initiatives.
- Travel to domestic and international data centre sites as required for project initiation, project evaluations and audits, constructability reviews, commissioning, project closeout, and similar tasks.

Key Requirements:
- You should have 7-9 years of experience in project/construction management, working on projects that are over $100MIL in value.
- A Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/civil engineering is preferred.
- It would be ideal if you have experience in developing (hyperscale) data centres.
- You should have experience in working on fast-track, large-scale projects in the Advanced Technology Facilities in the APAC market, in a general contractor or developer capacity.
- You should be incredibly flexible and forward-thinking, as you will need to be prepared for a fast-paced environment that requires a continuous change of direction.
- You should be goal-oriented and have a "get things done" attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required.
- You should be willing to travel and work in other APAC regions.
