We are seeking an experienced Project Director/Project Manager to lead the fit-out development of a large-scale mixed-use project in Indonesia, comprising of hospitality, residential, and commercial components. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire fit-out project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, ensuring timely, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Fit-out Project Management
- Lead and manage the fit-out project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate and manage the interior design, procurement, construction, and handover phases
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards
Hospitality and Residential Interior Fit-out Expertise
- Provide expertise in hospitality and residential development, including interior design, operations, and customer experience
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure that the project meets international hospitality and residential standards
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with government authorities, investors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Manage expectations and communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively
Quality and Safety
- Ensure that the project is delivered to the required quality standards
- Develop and implement quality control and assurance processes
- Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety regulations
Financial Management
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ensure that the project is delivered within budget and to the required financial returns
- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project goals and objectives
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance team capabilities

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on hospitality and residential interior fit-out projects
- Proven track record of delivering fit-out projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Experience working in Indonesia or Southeast Asia
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and standards
