We are working with a leading travel solutions provider specializing in leisure travel sales and wholesale distribution, offering tailored room and package deals through strong partnerships with travel agents across the region in their search for a Sales Director in Singapore.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive business development efforts in the leisure travel segment, focusing on wholesale room and leisure package sales.
- Identify, develop, and manage strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and B2B travel partners.
- Understand client needs in depth and craft customized travel solutions to meet business objectives.
- Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and negotiations with key accounts to secure new business opportunities.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to continuously optimize sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a structured and accountable manner.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and partner meetings to build brand visibility and expand the business network.
Key qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in leisure travel sales, room wholesale, or related hospitality B2B sales.
- Strong existing network of travel agents and wholesalers across the region.
- Background in room sales or hotel contracting is acceptable and welcomed.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong drive to hustle and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
