The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of property management, maintenance, and customer satisfaction across commercial, hospitality, retail, office, and residential components.

Key Responsibilities:
Overall Property Management:
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and facilities management of the skyscraper.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
Tenant and Customer Relations:
- Foster strong relationships with tenants, customers, and stakeholders.
- Respond to queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Operations and Maintenance:
- Manage maintenance schedules, repairs, and upgrades of building systems, facilities, and equipment.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
Financial Management:
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for property operations.
- Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Team Management:
- Lead and supervise a team of property and operations staff.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property and operations management, preferably in mixed development or similar settings.
- Strong background in commercial, hospitality, retail, office, and residential property management.
- Proven track record of managing high-rise buildings or large-scale developments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in property management software and systems.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPM, RPA, or equivalent).
- Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
- Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to property management.
