We are working with a well-established, regional self-storage operator to identify a strategic and hands-on Head of Operations to lead their Hong Kong portfolio. 

As the business expands its footprint in Asia, this role plays a critical part in shaping Hong Kong’s long-term growth strategy while ensuring strong day-to-day execution.


Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end operations across all Hong Kong facilities, ensuring consistent service quality and performance.
- Drive profitability by meeting sales and occupancy targets, and optimizing operational KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance, and Facilities—to deliver business goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions and local positioning.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; ensure effective staffing, performance reviews, and training.
- Support new site launches, operational setups, and customer experience enhancements.

Key Requirements:
- At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably within real estate, hospitality, retail, or service industries.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a strong track record in managing cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven, commercially minded, and results-focused.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese required; Mandarin is an added advantage.
