We are working with a well-established, regional self-storage operator to identify a strategic and hands-on Head of Facilities to lead their Hong Kong's facilities. This role oversees facilities operations, vendor performance, budgeting, compliance, and asset maintenance to ensure optimal property performance and stakeholder satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and service providers across multiple sites to ensure high standards of facility performance
- Develop and manage operating and capital budgets; review reports and drive cost efficiencies
- Plan and coordinate maintenance and capital improvement projects
- Drive asset strategy including repositioning, divestment, or reinvestment of underperforming properties
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, insurance, and risk management standards
- Prepare and manage lease agreements and vendor contracts
- Lead procurement processes in line with internal policies


Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities or property management at a leadership level
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and contract negotiation
