We are partnering with a Singapore-based multidisciplinary design studio, established in 2017, that integrates architecture, interior, and landscape design to deliver bespoke, people-centric residential, commercial, and hospitality environments defined by a fresh and distinctive creative narrative.


Key responsibilities:
- Assist team in preparing BIM models
- Drafting submission, tender and construction drawings and documents

Key qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: a specialist diploma in BIM, polytechnic diploma, Higher NITEC
- Experience in BIM e-submission to authority
- Experience in preparing construction drawings using BIM software
- 1 - 3 years of working experience
