We are partnering with a leading interior design consultancy with over 30 years of excellence, renowned for delivering award-winning, sustainable, and customised space solutions across the commercial, hospitality, education, healthcare, residential, and public sectors in Singapore and around the globe, in their search for an exceptional Sales Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets in the interior design and fit-out market.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, client prospecting, and lead generation activities.
- Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to secure interior design and fit-out projects.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to clients’ needs.
- Collaborate closely with design, project management, and installation teams to ensure client requirements are effectively communicated and met.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring profitability, client satisfaction, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to position the company competitively.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and feedback to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand presence and expand client base.
Key qualifications:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in interior design, furniture fit-outs, or related commercial design sectors.
- Strong understanding of interior design concepts, products, and project execution processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain effective client relationships and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple opportunities and priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting systems.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline is an advantage.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and current industry trends is a plus.
