We're working closely with one of the most forward looking Built Technology organizations in the APAC region, seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for its proprietary AI program to make an impact in the Built Environment sector. The product is a cutting-edge, customizable solution that leverages AI to optimize building management, and we're looking for a sales leader who can help us achieve our goal of reaching 50,000 buildings globally within the next three years.


Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the built environment sector.
• Lead and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in selling our AI powered building management solution.
• Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at building management companies, real estate developers, and facilities management organizations.
• Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales potential.

Key Requirements:
• Proven Sales Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the built environment or technology sectors.
• AI and Technology Expertise: Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, with experience selling similar solutions.
• Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage high performing sales teams.
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate complex deals.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expansion.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the built environment sector, including building management, real estate development, and facilities management.
