Our client is a boutique real estate investment and development firm focused on transforming unique commercial and lifestyle assets within Singapore. They specialise in revitalising under-utilised properties into engaging, design-led destinations that offer vibrant tenant experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day asset operations including leasing strategy, tenant mix optimisation, and budgeting
- Lead asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs), renovation, and redevelopment projects from concept through to execution
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Keep abreast of market trends and regulatory changes to proactively identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks


Key Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline
- 5 to 8 years’ relevant experience in asset management, property development, or investment management
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis
- Proven track record managing AEIs or redevelopment projects end-to-end
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 - Passionate about design-driven projects and placemaking
