Key Responsibilities:
- Real Estate Asset Management:Oversee and optimise performance of assets and other property portfolios through strategic leasing, maintenance, and enhancement initiatives.
- Development Planning & Execution: Drive end-to-end project development — from feasibility studies and approvals to construction and delivery — ensuring projects align with business and religious objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and liaise with internal and external parties including consultants, contractors, government agencies, and community representatives.
- Compliance & Risk Oversight: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and governance frameworks in property and financial matters.
- Sustainability & Community Impact: Integrate social and environmental considerations into property strategies to serve both financial goals and community development.

Key Requirements:
- Relevant Experience: At least 5–8 years of experience in real estate asset management, development, or investment, preferably in mixed-use or community-focused projects.
- Degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field. Postgraduate or professional qualifications are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage multi-sectoral stakeholders from authorities to government agencies.
- Familiarity with URA, BCA, and HDB policies.
