We are working with a design-led architectural practice known for its bold, contemporary designs and rigorous detailing. With an expanding portfolio of residential and institutional work in Singapore, they are looking to strengthen their project leadership bench.

As a Senior Project Architect, you will be responsible for running multiple architectural projects while leading a team of junior architects and designers. You’ll manage project delivery from design development through to construction, ensuring high design integrity and compliance with local regulations.

This is an ideal opportunity for a registered architect looking to take on a larger leadership role within a design-driven studio environment.


Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage multiple local architectural projects concurrently
– Oversee project teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
– Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and clients throughout all phases
– Ensure compliance with Singapore’s building regulations and codes
– Supervise documentation, detailing, and submission processes
– Contribute to project resourcing, workflow planning, and team mentorship
– Uphold design integrity and execution in alignment with studio vision
– Serve as Qualified Person (QP) where required


Key Requirements:

– Minimum 8 years of experience in architecture practice, with local project experience
– Registered Architect with Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore; eligible QP
– Strong technical knowledge and project coordination skills
– Proficient in architectural software and drawing production
– Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
– Team player with leadership qualities, hands-on approach, and problem-solving mindset
