We are working with a renowned architecture and urban design studio that is actively shaping the built environment through sustainable, innovative, and community-focused design. As their portfolio of high-profile local and regional projects expands, they are looking to grow their team with the addition of a strong Mid-Level Architect.

As a Mid-Level Architect, you will take a leadership role across design and delivery phases. You’ll front clients, support pitches, manage small internal teams, and help drive design excellence from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead architectural design and project coordination across all phases
– Support and participate in design pitches and client presentations
– Manage small project teams and mentor junior staff
– Liaise directly with consultants, contractors, and clients
– Produce and review technical documentation in AutoCAD and Revit
– Coordinate project schedules using Microsoft Project
– Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain project delivery standards
– Contribute to a positive and collaborative studio culture


Key Requirements:

– 5–8 years of architectural experience, ideally with local/regional project exposure
– Degree in Architecture or related discipline
– Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Revit
– Strong verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
– Charismatic and team-oriented leadership style
