Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage quantity surveying projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
- Provide expert cost management and advisory services, including tendering, procurement, and contract administration
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to drive business growth and project success
- Mentor and coach junior quantity surveyors to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including tendering, marketing, and networking
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to drive innovation and excellence

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Professional quantity surveying qualification (e.g., RICS, QSIC, or equivalent)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
