We're seeking a talented Junior Cost Manager to join our team at a renowned international workplace design and build firm. As a Junior Cost Manager, you will play a key role in managing project costs, from initial estimates to final account management. You'll work closely with our experienced cost management team to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our projects.


Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and managing project cost plans, estimates, and budgets
- Conduct cost analyses and identify potential cost savings opportunities
- Collaborate with project teams, including design, construction, and procurement, to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Monitor and report on project costs, identifying trends and variances
- Assist in preparing and managing tender documentation, including bills of quantities and tender reports
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes

Key Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in cost management or quantity surveying, preferably in workplace design and build or construction industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in cost management software, such as CostX, PlanSwift, or similar
- Strong understanding of cost management principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
