We are working with a global commercial real estate services firm providing integrated solutions across property management, project delivery, asset services, logistics advisory, and workplace services for occupiers and owners to be based in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse tasks including receiving, sorting, labelling, storing and picking of goods, materials, or equipment.
- Ensure accurate and timely movement of items within the warehouse according to operational requirements.
- Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts and reconciliation to maintain high inventory accuracy.
- Maintain proper housekeeping of warehouse areas, ensuring safe and efficient workflows.
- Assist with planning and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries and transport arrangements.
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, clients and internal teams to ensure smooth movement of goods and timely fulfilment.
- Prepare delivery documents, packing lists, inventory forms, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and client requirements.
- Track shipment statuses and proactively update relevant stakeholders.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, warehouse SOPs, and quality standards.
- Conduct basic safety checks on equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, racks, storage units).
- Report hazards, discrepancies, or incidents promptly to supervisors.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and safety.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ Levels, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics support, inventory management or similar roles.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or corporate real estate environments is an advantage.
- Proficient in basic warehouse systems, Microsoft Excel, and inventory software (knowledge of WMS is a plus).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, moving or handling materials when required.
- Forklift licence or experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
