As a key member of our Government Relations and Public Policy team based in Malaysia, you'll lead our engagement strategy, fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders and strengthening our reputation as a trusted industry leader. You'll shape our public policy positions, build allies, and become a trusted advisor to relevant governments.


Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver proactive engagement plans with government stakeholders
- Represent the company in government meetings, industry events, and working groups
- Monitor policy developments and identify regulatory risks
- Shape the public policy agenda and advocate for the company's positions
- Manage local government relations consultants and vendors

Key Requirements:
- At least 15 years' experience in policy, politics, or government
- Strong understanding of government workings and parliamentary processes
 - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and native language
- Proven project management skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
- High degree of autonomy, drive, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
