We are currently representing a fast expanding Digital Infrastructure hyper-scaler operator in seeking an exceptional HR leader to join its dynamic team in Mumbai as an Assistant Vice President, Human Resources. As a key member of its HR team, you'll oversee HR operations and Learning & Development (L&D) for our organization in India, leading a team of 3 HR professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of 3 HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Develop and implement effective L&D strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligning with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR needs and develop solutions to drive employee growth and retention.
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that aligns with our company culture and values.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Develop and manage HR budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership, supporting business growth and expansion.

Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in HR, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing HR operations and L&D functions.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a focus on innovation and growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, performance management tools).
