We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our business hotel in Kyoto, Japan, and drive business growth in this culturally rich and vibrant city. We're looking for a seasoned hospitality professional to take the reins of our Kyoto business hotel as General Manager.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing guest experiences, and fostering a high-performing team culture. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide visionary leadership to the hotel team, driving a culture of excellence and guest centricity
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue targets, improve profitability, and enhance market position
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, travel partners, and local businesses
• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Drive guest satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure hotel financial health
• Identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and implement initiatives to stay ahead of the competition
• Collaborate with the regional team to align hotel operations with global brand standards and best practices
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field • Minimum 8 years of experience in a General Manager or equivalent role in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and enhancing guest satisfaction
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire high performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective business strategies. Able to react quickly and think out of the box in solving challenges
• Strong business acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Fluency in Basic English and Japanese
