Key responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and industrial office renovation and interior design projects.
- Develop and manage relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to expand the company's project portfolio.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements and organization standards.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients; negotiate contract terms and close sales deals.
- Conduct market research, track industry trends, and maintain knowledge of competitive landscape and commercial opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets, monitor business performance, and maintain accurate records of all business development activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development, preferably in commercial renovation, interior design, or related construction fields.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and market research skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
