We are representing a dynamic real estate development company seeking an experienced Property Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our properties in Cambodia or Singapore. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our assets, driving efficiency, and enhancing property value.

We're looking for a seasoned Property Operations Manager with 3-5 years of experience in property operations/management. As a Property Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily property operations, managing vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and driving cost-effective initiatives. Your ability to work independently and think strategically will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily property operations and maintenance, ensuring seamless execution and high standards of quality
- Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers to achieve operational excellence and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, mitigating risks and ensuring a safe environment for occupants
- Develop and manage budgets, implement cost control measures, and provide operational reporting to stakeholders
- Support asset enhancement and improvement initiatives, driving property value and tenant satisfaction

Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in property operations/management
- Singapore Citizens or PRs for Singapore-based role; Singapore or Malaysian citizens for Cambodia-based role
- Ability to be stationed overseas or in Singapore, depending on project requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and operational reporting
