We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Director to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and expansion in the Thai market
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including leads, tenders, and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the design and build teams to develop winning proposals and pitches
- Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
- Identify and develop new markets, sectors, and services to drive growth and diversification
- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the design and build industry
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships
- Deep understanding of the Thai market, including cultural and business nuances
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Ability to lead and manage a team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Fluency in English and Thai languages
