We are partnering with a premier luxury interior solutions provider in Singapore, renowned for curated high-end residential furnishings, bespoke lighting, exquisite parquet flooring, and custom wood furniture for discerning clients, to identify an accomplished Senior Business Development Manager who will drive strategic growth in the luxury interior furnishings sector by representing exclusive international brands across chandeliers, premium parquet, and bespoke wooden furniture.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the residential interior build sector, focusing on high-net-worth individuals, developers, and premium projects.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with designers, architects, and project management consultants (PMCs), leveraging your connections to expand the company’s market reach.
- Proactively generate leads and secure project specifications for luxury lighting, parquet flooring, and bespoke furniture solutions.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiation of contracts with potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, project management, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback and recommendations to the management team.
- Champion an entrepreneurial mindset within the team, contributing to brand growth and the expansion into new market segments.
Key qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the residential interior build or fit-out industry.
- Proven track record in business development within premium/luxury interior solutions.
- Background in interior design, architecture, or related field is highly advantageous.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with a strong desire to grow the business.
Established network or strong connections with design architects, and/or PMCs is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for design, craftsmanship, and luxury interiors.
