We are partnering with a design-led interior architecture studio renowned for delivering high-quality, innovative hospitality, residential, and lifestyle interiors. The studio is seeking a CAD Designer to join its Singapore team to support design development and technical documentation across multiple projects.

This role is ideal for a designer with 5–8 years of experience who is highly skilled in producing accurate, detailed technical drawings and enjoys collaborating closely with project teams to translate design concepts into buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

– Prepare and produce detailed 2D CAD drawings, layouts, and technical documentation for interior projects
– Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, and consultants to ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with design intent
– Update drawings based on design revisions and client/consultant feedback
– Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and design packages
– Support the documentation of FF&E, joinery, and finishes as specified by the design team
– Maintain drawing libraries, templates, and standards for consistency across projects
– Conduct site measurements and support site documentation as required

Key Requirements

– 5–8 years of experience as a CAD Designer or similar role in interior design or architecture
– Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and Adobe Creative Suite; SketchUp knowledge is advantageous
– Strong understanding of interior design drawings, detailing, and documentation requirements
– Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
– Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently
– Good communication and team collaboration skills
– Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
