We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to lead the formulation and execution of our real estate investment strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive long-term investment strategies across our diverse real estate asset classes.
- Deal Execution: Spearhead the sourcing, rigorous due diligence, and innovative structuring of investment deals.
- Portfolio Management: Build, actively manage, and perform in-depth analysis of our investment portfolio performance.
- Market Insight: Continuously monitor global market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to inform investment decisions.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key external partners, including developers, financial institutions, and advisors.
- Investor Relations: Report to and provide expert advice to our valued investors, ensuring transparency and confidence.
- Sustainable Practices: Formulate and champion the implementation of leading ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and sustainability policies within our investment framework.

Key Responsibilities:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field is essential. An MBA, CFA, or real estate license is highly preferred.
- Significant tenure within foreign investment funds or established real estate asset management firms.
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience in asset management, investment analysis, and comprehensive portfolio management.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of macroeconomics, financial markets, and sophisticated risk management techniques.:

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with investors and executive leadership.
