Our partner is a reputable real estate investment and operating platform seeking an Asset Management Executive/Analyst to support portfolio performance, financial analysis, and strategic asset initiatives. This role provides broad exposure across asset planning, valuation, reporting, and investment-related activities.


Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of asset strategies, including updating cash flow projections and asset plans.
- Prepare regular management reports and performance updates for senior management and corporate development teams, including ad-hoc analysis as required.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret market and portfolio data to improve operational outcomes and assess macroeconomic impacts.
- Assist in portfolio valuation exercises and consolidate key assumptions and market drivers.
- Track asset performance against budgets and forecasts, and prepare asset management reports.
- Provide portfolio and market insights to support potential acquisition or divestment initiatives.
- Collaborate with the corporate development team on market research and review financial models for new investment or business opportunities.
- Support asset reviews focused on P&L optimization, including identifying and implementing asset enhancement initiatives.
- Review budgets, forecasts, rental strategies, marketing plans, and property-related contracts and works.
- Contribute to the development of operational policies, business systems, and leasing strategies to drive portfolio performance.
- Undertake other duties and ad-hoc assignments as required by Management.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in asset management, portfolio management, fund management, or corporate real estate roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with sound problem-solving capabilities.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working across teams and supporting cross-functional initiatives.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
