We are representing a leading interior design and build firm specializing in creating exceptional spaces for commercial clients. We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager to join our team, with expertise in managing costs and contracts for construction projects in Singapore.

We are looking for a highly skilled Cost Manager with in-depth knowledge of SIA, REDAS, and PSSCOC contracts to ensure effective cost management, risk mitigation, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, cost engineering, or a related field, with proven experience in managing costs for construction projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
Cost Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement cost control measures to ensure project profitability.
- Monitor and report on project expenses, identifying areas for cost savings.

Contract Administration:
- Manage and administer SIA, REDAS, and PSSCOC contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Review and negotiate contract documents, including tender documents and contract agreements.
- Identify and mitigate potential contract risks and disputes.
- Ensure timely payment and claims management.

Tendering and Procurement:
- Prepare and manage tender documents, including bills of quantities and tender evaluations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure best-value procurement.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Attend project meetings, ensuring cost and contractual implications are addressed.
- Provide cost advice and guidance to project teams.
- Ensure project delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Risk Management:
- Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on risk exposure.
- Ensure compliance with company risk management policies.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or contract administration.
- In-depth knowledge of SIA, REDAS, and PSSCOC contracts.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's construction industry, regulations, and standards.
- Professional certification (e.g., MRICS, MQS, CCMS).
