The Director of Operational Strategy and Growth will play a pivotal role in integrating operations, finance, human resources, and IT to achieve seamless execution and strategic growth. This leadership position will oversee global finance and accounts, HR and IT functions, and drive business development initiatives to expand market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Finance and Accounts: Ensure financial transparency, cost optimization, and robust accounting practices, while overseeing cash flow management, working capital requirements, and compliance with statutory obligations.
- Operational Excellence: Lead organizational transformation initiatives, standardize processes, and drive the adoption of innovative tools and practices to enhance productivity and decision-making.
- IT Leadership: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, ensure robust cybersecurity measures, and integrate advanced technologies to streamline business operations.
- Human Resources Management: Partner with HR to ensure alignment between workforce capabilities and organizational goals, develop leadership pipelines, and drive initiatives for a cohesive workplace culture.
- Business Development: Formulate and execute business development strategies, identify new market opportunities, and prepare feasibility studies, market analyses, and business cases for strategic initiatives.
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the strategic direction, ensure alignment of operational objectives, and provide actionable insights based on data analysis and industry trends.
- Family Office and Holding Companies Management: Provide strategic oversight for the Family Office, establish a centralized framework for monitoring performance, and drive the optimization of asset allocation and cross-entity resource management.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure consistent governance standards, coordinate board meeting preparations, monitor implementation of board resolutions, and maintain accurate records of minutes and resolutions.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in finance, operations, and business development, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic growth.
Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in IT systems, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive organizational transformation, standardize processes, and promote innovation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
