Reporting to the Senior Manager (Operations), you will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of building facilities and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technicians and manage outsourced vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Oversee hard FM services including M&E systems, fire protection, utilities monitoring, and Green Mark compliance
- Conduct regular building inspections, identify and resolve defects
- Plan and execute both preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Manage feedback, incidents, and emergency situations professionally
- Foster strong relationships with tenants and handle tenancy and fit-out coordination
- Organize tenant engagement activities and liaise with contractors and service providers
- Oversee the renewal and execution of term contracts and statutory licenses
- Handle procurement documentation and manage CAPEX works
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Solid experience in facilities or property operations, preferably in commercial or retail settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is an advantage
