The hiring team sits within its Investment Services Private Markets division, focused on providing comprehensive financial support across private equity, infrastructure, and real estate.

This role offers exposure to complex, cross-border private market transactions in one of the most respected investment institutions globally. Candidates will gain direct involvement in deal execution and asset monitoring, collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions, and contribute to finance transformation initiatives. 


Key Responsibilities:
- Support investment, divestment, restructuring, and financing activities by partnering with Investment Teams, Legal, Tax, and external advisors.
- Review and manage financial due diligence and purchase price adjustments.
- Establish financial operations for wholly owned investments; onboard and evaluate controls for non-wholly owned entities.
- Provide input on holding structures, funding mechanisms, valuations, and repatriation plans.
- Maintain financial reporting oversight and manage corporate secretarial matters.
- Monitor investee company controls and financial reporting; coordinate with external auditors.
- Analyze and optimize surplus cash positions and repatriation strategies.
- Prepare and review market valuations in accordance with internal policies, and analyze return movements.
- Work with the Team Lead on finance transformation projects and data-driven finance enhancements.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related discipline.
- CPA qualification preferred; Big 4 background is advantageous.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, ideally in transaction advisory or investment/asset management.
- Sound understanding of deal mechanics, closing processes, and valuation techniques.
- A team player with strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable; capable of managing multiple workstreams in a dynamic setting.
