We are representing a well-established real estate group with a diverse portfolio of commercial and retail properties across Singapore. As part of their continued growth and asset optimisation strategy, we are seeking an experienced GM of Leasing to lead and shape the leasing function across their portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the leasing team in developing and executing leasing strategies aligned with asset and financial goals
- Formulate and implement strategic plans to maximise rental yield and occupancy
- Drive new lease acquisitions, identify key market segments, and foster tenant relationships
- Oversee lease renewals and negotiate favourable terms with existing tenants
- Review and optimise tenancy mix across new and existing commercial properties
- Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to maintain competitive positioning
- Develop and manage annual rental budgets, forecasts, and management reporting
- End-to-end oversight of documentation including Letters of Offer, Tenancy Agreements, and other related materials

Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, or a relevant discipline
- At least 15 years of experience in commercial leasing with a proven leadership track record
- Deep knowledge of Singapore’s commercial real estate landscape
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- Confident negotiator with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels
