We are partnering with a well-established real estate developer and investor in Singapore with a strong portfolio of residential and commercial assets. As part of their continued focus on operational excellence and asset enhancement, we are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join their team.


Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of completed residential and commercial buildings.
- Lead and supervise a team of property executives and technicians in delivering quality facilities management services and capital works.
- Assist the Senior Manager in annual budget planning and tracking of operational and maintenance expenditure.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and statutory requirements, including BMSMA.
- Provide strong technical guidance and troubleshooting support for all M&E systems and building infrastructure.


Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Building / Facility Management / M&E Services or related discipline.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in facilities/building services management.
- Good knowledge of the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA).
- Preferably Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certified.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership, hands-on operational mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
